Ortho-k for Astigmats! Dual Axis CRT
Paragon makes orthokeratology available to a significantly larger patient base with the advent of a "Dual Axis" Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) design. the new design makes it possible to treat more amount of astigmatism (up to approx 3.5 diopters of astigmatism according to this recent article) as well as astigmatism that involves a larger area of the cornea ("limbal-to-limbal" astigmatism).

I am glad that Paragon has come out with this product. I think that there are many great benefits to orthokeratology and this will expand who will receive it. The WAVE lenses that I use at Clear View Eye Care have been able to do this for some time because of its custom nature but I am glad that the popular CRT is expanding also.
